  • 1 Cup of Rice
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • 1 Lemon juice and zest
  • 1 1/2 cup of Water- room temperature


  • In a small pot with a lid add your rice, water and salt to taste
  • Cook covered on simmer for 15-18 minutes
  • Once water is absorbed add butter and cover until butter melts
  • Add Lemon Zest and half the Lemon juice and mix.
  • Serve with your favorite Dish
