Measurements:
- Salt- 1 Tsp
- Pepper- 1 Tsp
- Paprika- 1 Tsp
- Corn Starch 1 Tsp
- 1/4 Cup of water for Lemon Sauce
- 2 Scallions
- 1 Tbsp of Butter
- 1 cup of rice 1 1/2 cup of water - for rice
- 1 Yellow Lemon
- Wash and trim scallion- separate whites and greens
- Zest Lemon
- was and dry chicken- add salt pepper and paprika- Cook until ready
Sauce-
- 1Tbs of Butter
- 1 Tbs of Rosemary
- half of a Lemon
- 1/2 Tsp of Chicken Bouillon
- 1/2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4 of Water
Mix together until sauce thickens
