1 1/2 Cup of Rice Flour
1 Cup of hot water
Olive Oil- 3 Tbsp into Flour
1 Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup of Oaxaca Cheese
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream

How to make Rice Pupusas:
- Form balls with the dough and fill them with the rice mixture, close the ball and flatten it until it forms a pupusa. Brown them in hot oil. You can eat them alone or with curtido and sauce.
