Refund Policy
Returns
Nick & Norma's offers a 30day return policy. Your 30 days will begin when your package is confirmed delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact our support staff support@nickandnormas.com.
If you received damaged goods please contact us immediately with a photo for either a refund or for us to rush you a new item free of charge.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be returned using the same method as the received payment. In the event this is not possible (method is no longer available) please contact our support team for help. Please allow up to 10days for refund to be processed through our system.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges when applicable will be for an exact replacement. shipping of exchanges will be covered by Nick & Norma's LLC unless otherwise stated in your claim response. Upon completion of a replacement/exchange claim for an item, customer will receive email confirmation along with tracking for the replacement item. If there are any concerns with a replacement item please contact our support team.
